The Lakes are trying to freeze up with temperatures bouncing from 15 below to 0.

Moose on the Loose

The Moose were cruising the bush eating buds and twigs now that fall in well underway.

There have been lots of Fall clouds feeling as if snow was on the way but only lots of rain followed by colorful sunsets.

Yellow Birch and Abandoned Mines

The bush is turning bright yellow from the birch and poplars and reds from the Mountain Maples, blueberries with old abandoned mines exposed from the falling leaves.

Eagles and Salmon

Dozens of eagles are hanging out on the Michipicoten River looking for the salmon that are spawning up river, except for one fish.

Grouse Hunting

Good Ruffed Grouse hunting by bicycle and sitting around the fire at night.
